ABRIDGED BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING

Uganda Wildlife Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Establishment and Management of a Call Centre on Behalf of Authority.

Bidding shall be undertaken using Open Domestic Bidding procedures of PPDA Act Caps 205 for the provision of Call center services as detailed in the table below:

The bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at Uganda Wildlife Authority procurement and Disposal Unit, UWA Headquarters on Plot 7-Kira Road upon Payment of a non-refundable fee UGX 100,000/=. Method of payment will be via Momo pay or (Bank Name – Stanbic Bank, Account Number – 9030006237338).

The deadline for bid Submission shall be on 16th June 2026 at 11:00am at UWA Head Quarters-PDU office.

The pre-bid meeting shall be on 28th May 2026 at 11:00am at UWA Headquarters.
