Economic Policy Research Centre (EPRC) hereby invites suitably qualified bidders to submit applications for the provision of consultancy services for the design development and supervision of the EPRC Office Building.

1. The Economic Policy Research Centre (EPRC) has allocated funds to be used for consultancy services for the design development and supervision of the EPRC New Office building.

2. The Entity invites sealed proposals from eligible bidders/consultants for the provision of the above services.

3. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders/consultants.

4. Interested eligible bidders/consultants may obtain further information and inspect the proposal documents at the address given below at 9 (a) from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

5. The bidding document may be purchased by interested bidders/consultants from the address at 9(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 100.000 to the bank as per details below - DFCU BANK,

6. Proposals must be delivered to the address below at 9 (a) at or before February 12, 2026 by 2:30 pm.

7. A Proposal Securing Declaration shall be valid until September 18, 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late proposals shall be rejected. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the consultants' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 9 (d) at 3:00 pm on February 12, 2026.

8. There shall be a pre – proposal meeting/site visit at plot 160, North-cote Road, Makerere University, on January 28, 2026 at 10:30am as indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
