  1. Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (UNCST) invites sealed proposals from eligible consultants for:

UNCST-EDIC/ CONS/25-26/00010 Consultancy Services to Undertake Phase I - Master Planning and Concept Development for the Proposed Parking Yard, Forge and Foundry, Flexible Packaging Factory and Pyro Technology Facilities and Phase II – Design and Construction Supervision for the Proposed Foundry and Forge Facilities with Auxiliary Facilities at Namanve.
  1. The RFP document shall be inspected and issued at the Procurement & Disposal Unit, Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (UNCST), 2nd Floor, Science and Technology Building, Plot 6, Kimera Road, Niinda.

  2. The deadline for proposal submission shall be at 12:00pm on 13th January 2026.

  3. The detailed bid/proposal notice is available at the Entity’s website at www.uncst.go.ug and at www.ppda.go.ug.

  4. The procurements by Uganda National Council for Science and Technology are regulated by the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority.
