The Request for proposals (RFP) document shall be inspected and issued at Procurement & Disposal Department, Makindye Sashagabo Municipal Council from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday except on Public Holidays.

Makindye Sashagabo Municipal Council shall hold a Pre-Proposal meeting on 21st November, 2025 at 10:00 am at the Council Hall, Makindye Sashagabo Municipal Council, Ndejje Zanta.

The deadline for bid submission shall be on or before 10:00 am on 12th December, 2025
