Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of land as detailed below:

The Bidding document shall be inspected, issued and returned to the Procurement & Disposal Department at City Hall, Block B, 1st Floor, Office B112.

The bidding document shall be purchased by interested bidders upon emailing an official application with evidence of payment of a non-refundable application fee of UGX. 100,000/= to: kcrrp.proc@kcca.go.ug. The method of payment will be electronically, through the KCCA e-Citie system. The e-Citie system can be accessed from the KCCA website: https://ecitie2.kcca.go.ug/portal/. The payment instructions are available at https://www.kcca.go.ug/tenders. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. Upon verification, the bidding document will be issued to the email address provided in the application.
