1. Kampala Capital City Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the re-tender of the Procurement of Land for Lorry Parks, Bus Depots and a Public Transport Terminal as follows:

2. The Bidding document shall be inspected, issued and returned to the Procurement & Disposal Department at Kampala Capital City Authority (City Hall, Block B, 1st Floor, Office B112).

3. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday 5th September, 2025.

4. The detailed bid notice is available at the KCCA website: www.kcca.go.ug; and at the PPDA tender portal at www.ppda.go.ug/tenderportal.

5. The key qualification requirements are: registered Power of Attorney, proof of statutory compliance (URSB, PPDA, URA, NSSF), proof of ownership in the seller’s names or proof of authorisation to sell on behalf of the owner, proof of consent to sell (for family or matrimonial property), certificate of title, current Survey Report, location map and pictures of the land.

6. Land within the vicinity of Uganda Prisons shall not be accepted without express permission from the Uganda Prisons Services.
