Responsibilities or duties

Financial Management

• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records for all branch transactions.
• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Ensure all transactions are supported by approved documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Monitor branch profitability and financial performance.

Cash and Bank Management

• Manage branch petty cash in accordance with company policy.
• Verify and account for all cash collections.
• Ensure timely banking of customer receipts.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.

Accounts receivables

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration.

Experience needed

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• At least 2 years in a logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, transport, or clearing and forwarding company.
• Experience handling branch or regional accounts is highly desirable.
• Experience in managing petty cash, banking, debtors, creditors, and branch financial reporting.
