JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Job duties:
1. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records for the school's accounts payable and any other cash transactions
2. Process invoices, purchase orders, and reimbursements in line with school policies and procedures.
3. Collaborate with other departments to gather information and resolve any accounting related queries

Required qualifications:
• At least a diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in any accounting software and Microsoft office suite.
• Knowledge of school finance regulations and procedures.
• Working experience in a school setting will be an added advantage.
