ADDENDUM TO THE BIDDING DOCUMENT FOR PHASE 2(TWO) CONSTRUCTION OF DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION BLOCK AT BIRUNGU PARISH HEADQUARTERS- ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING ARRANGEMENT: PROCUREMENT REF NO: HOIM834/WRKS/2026-2027/00001 AND MANAGEMENT OF REVENUE COLLECTION SERVICES UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING ARRANGEMENT: PROCUREMENT REF NO: HOIM834/SRVCS/2026-2027/00001-00035.
Reference is made to the advertisement that was made in the New Vision Newspaper on 22nd July 2026 Page 11, for Phase 2(two) Construction of District Administration Block at Birungu Parish Headquarters- Administration Department under Open domestic bidding (Hoim834/Wrks/2026-2027/00001) and Management of Revenue Collection Services under Open domestic bidding (Hoim 834/Srvcs/2026-2027/00001-00035).
This is to inform all interested parties that:
Hoima District Local Government has issued an addendum to the bidding document for Phase 2(two) Construction of District Administration Block at Birungu Parish Headquarters- Administration Department under Open domestic bidding and Management of Revenue Collection Services under Open domestic bidding. The addendum together with the original bidding document shall be inspected from the Procurement and Disposal Unit from 8:00am – 5:00pm only on working days.
The revised Procurement schedule (subject to changes) is as follow:

Late Applications for bid documents and late submissions of bids shall be rejected.
Hoima District Local Government reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and is not bound to accept the highest or lowest Bidder.
