Addendum to Prequalification and Bid Notice
PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NUMBER: PHF/PQD/01/2025

This addendum is issued to inform all interested bidders of a further extension to the submission deadline for the above-referenced Prequalification and Bid Notice. This is in reference to the bid notice published in the Newvision of 16th October 2025.

Revised Submission Deadline

• In response to numerous emails and requests from prospective bidders for an extension, and to allow for the resolution of any potential submission inconsistencies, the deadline for the submission of all prequalification documents and bids is hereby further extended to:

  • New Deadline: Thursday, 4th December 2025

  • Time: 4:30 PM (EAST)

Access to Bid Documents and Submission Details

• Interested bidders who may not have seen the original advertisement are invited to participate and may obtain soft copies of the bid document (named PHF-Prequalification bid document 2025) from the Purposed Hope Foundation website at https://purposedhope.org/, under the Downloads Section.

• Bidders are still expected to pay a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/- (One hundred thousand shillings only) for each code/lot they will apply for, payable through the bank on the bank account in the bid document.

Revised Submission Address

• All submissions must be addressed to:

  • The Head of Procurement and Disposal Unit

  • Purposed Hope Foundation Uganda

  • Kampala, Niinda, Niinda Bukoto Rd, at the end of the turn opposite Firenze Furniture next to The North Green School.

All Other Conditions Remain Unchanged

Please note that all other conditions, requirements, and information outlined in the original Prequalification Notice, except the submission deadline and address, remain valid and binding.
