Job Purpose
Provides administrative and human resource support to ensure efficient organisational operations, effective people management, staff welfare, records administration, and office coordination. Supports compliance with labour laws and implementation of modern HR and administrative practices.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and exit management processes.
- Maintain personnel records, staff contracts, leave schedules, and attendance systems.
- Support implementation of HR policies, performance management systems, and staff welfare programmes.
- Coordinate staff appraisals, training plans, and professional development initiatives.
- Support employee engagement, discipline management, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and organisational HR policies.
Administration and Operations
- Coordinate day-to-day office administration and operational support services.
- Prepare reports, minutes, official correspondence, and administrative documentation.
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, records management, and document control.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, travel arrangements, and logistics.
- Supervise office cleanliness, security, and facility maintenance.
- Monitor utilisation of office assets and administrative resources.
Organisational Support
- Support implementation of institutional improvement and change management initiatives.
- Promote digital filing systems and administrative process improvements.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper custody of organisational information.
- Supervise support staff and ensure effective service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification or certification in Human Resource Management is an added advantage.
- Membership with a recognised HR professional body is desirable.
Experience
- Minimum of three years' relevant experience in HR and administration.
- Experience in records management, office coordination, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of labour laws, HR systems, and modern administrative practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital administrative systems.
