JOB DETAILS:

To be in charge of supporting the Advisory Services and marketing department activities for business development, Research, projects implementation, marketing and report writing to promote and achieve organizational goals.

Key responsibilities Duty/responsibility: Full Time

(i) Work with the Senior Advisory services Associate to design and write innovative proposals and projects to grow revenue against the work plan.

(ii) Creatively work with the Senior Associate to come up with new solutions for products and services to attract new clients.

(iii) Coordination of projects that are in line with social entrepreneurship scaling

(iv) Grow the Advisory Services clientele base and retention through customer handling and relations

(v) Coordination of assignments in a timely manner

(vi) Attend strategic meetings monthly with potential clients for business development and marketing

(vii) Position CSL brand in meetings as a service provider of choice for the social enterprise work in the Civil Society sector

(viii) Coordinate Research consultancies and data collection

(ix) Developing of promotional materials for the department and CSL at large working closely with communications

(x) Report writing and documents development for consultancies, departmental activities and projects

1. The minimum education level to successfully perform the job is a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration ,Business management with bias marketing or any other related discipline.

2. Ability to create innovative solutions for our cleints

3. The Applicant must be a flexible individual with a minimum of 1-2 years working experience

4. The candidate must have good writing and oral communication skills, flexibility, agile and innovative to work with a diverse team.

5. Must be willing to be teachable and adopt to learn on the job

6. Additional skills: Marketing, Report writing, good networking skills, customer relations

7. Familiar with the use of MS applications
