BUGISU COOPERATIVE UNION LTD EST. 1954 Bugisu Cooperative Union Empowering Farmers. Growing Together. WE ARE HIRING! AGRONOMISTS FOR THE EYE-C PROGRAM UNDER BCU Bugisu Cooperative Union (BCU) is seeking five passionate and skilled Agronomists to strengthen our extension services and support coffee farmers under the EYE-C Program.
Responsibilities or duties
- Provide agronomic advice and on-farm support to coffee farmers.
- Promote sustainable coffee production and good agricultural practices.
- Conduct field demonstrations, trainings, and farmer group meetings.
- Monitor crop performance and submit technical reports.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy or related field.
- Strong knowledge of coffee production and extension.
- Excellent communication and fieldwork skills.
- Passion for empowering farmers and sustainable agriculture.
Experience needed
