We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Bakery Manager to lead bakery operations, drive sales growth, manage teams, and support the expansion of both the bakery and training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery operations and production efficiency
• Lead, train, and motivate bakery staff and trainees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, Food Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years’ management experience, preferably in a bakery or food production environment
• Strong experience in bakery operations and production
• Proven ability to grow sales and manage a business unit
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
