Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Old Kampala Senior Secondary School at the address given above, from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Bidders MUST visit the site and obtain site visit certificates to familiarize with the terrain and other conditions of the specified site.
The bidding documents in English be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Uganda Shillings 200,000/= (Two hundred shillings only).
Payments will be made on the School Account number DIA/MOND TRUST BANK 0107732001 OLD KAMPALA SSS. The document will be picked from Procurement Office upon presentation of the Receipt. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
The bids shall be submitted in property sealed envelopes and addressed to Head PDU Old Kampala SSS, P.O Box 330, Kampala and delivered to the same office, clearly marked “Tender for …….”
The closing date for bid submission shall be 29th August 2025 at 11:00 AM. Late bids will be rejected.
All bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or representatives who chooses to attend on 29th August, 2025 at 11:30 AM in the School Board room.
