Procurement Reference Number: UMI/PREQ/2025-2026/00001

1. Uganda Management Institute invites eligible bidders for Prequalification of providers for 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028.

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding Procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, CAP 205 of the Government of Uganda. This invitation is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.

3. Interested eligible bidders may inspect the bidding document and obtain further information from Room 37, 15st Floor Old Administration Block from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on working days.

4. The cost of the bidding document shall be based on the total number of items a bidder wishes to bid for. The cost per item shall be UGX.160,000 (Uganda Shillings One hundred fifty thousand shillings only.)

5. Bidding documents shall be purchased from Room 37 ${}^{24}$ Floor Old Administration Block.

6. The prospective bidder or its representative may collect a complete set of Bidding Documents in English. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

7. Bids must be delivered to Room 38, 2nd Floor Old Administration Block at or before 11:00am on 19th November 2025. Late bids shall be rejected
