The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) has allocated funds to be used for comprehensive project delivery strategy (CPDS) for the Fund's Real Estate Portfolio, and Feasibility studies and Master Plans for Nsimbe and Bukerere.

The Entity invites sealed proposals from eligible consultants for the provision of the above services.

Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all consultants.

Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information and inspect the proposal documents at the address given below at 8 (a) from 8:00 am to 5:00pm.

The bidding document may be purchased by interested consultants from the address at 8 (b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000. The method of payment will be by bank to National Social Security Fund Account Number 9030005590790 at Stanbic Bank Uganda Ltd. Interested bidders shall submit Bank deposit slips to NSSF Finance department on 14th Floor Southern Wing, Workers House or send the Bank deposit slips via email to anasusu@nssfug.org copy procurement@nssfug.org.

Proposals must be delivered to the address below at 8 (c) at or before 14th April 2026 at 3:00pm. A Proposal Securing Declaration shall be valid until 30th August 2026. Late proposals shall be rejected. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the consultants' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8 (d) on 14th April 2026 at 3:30pm.

There shall be a pre – proposal/site meeting on 24th March 2026 at 10:00am Nsimbe thereafter to Bukerere.
