INVITATION TO BID FOR PROVISION OF NON-CONSULTANCY SERVICES AND SUPPLIES FOR THE MINISTRY FOR KAMPALA CAPITAL CITY AND METROPOLITAN AFFAIRS UNDER THE FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PREPARATION OF DESIGNS, ESIA AND RAP FOR KEYTUME LIVESTOCK MARKET AND SKILLING HUB IN MUKONO DLG

  1. The Government of Uganda through the Ministry for Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs has allocated funds to be used for acquisition of Non - Consultancy Services and Supplies under a frame work contract and Consultancy services as detailed I the table below:

  1. The Ministry for Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs now invites for eligible bidders for the provision of the supplies and services under framework contract.

  2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and is open to all bidders.

  3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at www.egp.go.ug.

  4. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 100,000 = (Uganda Shillings, One Hundred Thousand Only). The method of payment will be by bank advice form obtained from the URA Website/Offices. Payment can be made in any bank and the payment details uploaded onto e-GP before obtaining a copy of the bidding document.

  5. Bids may be must be inspected, issued and submitted on www.egp.go.ug with a hard copy delivered to Ministry for Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs. Only bids whose submissions are received via eGP before the closing deadline shall be evaluated.
