BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING

Mitooma District invites firms/ companies/ individuals to bid for supply of various items and services under framework contracts, revenue collection & prequalification for the financial years 2026-27, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029 as below:

A) ANNUAL FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS – 2026/2027

Category 1 (Framework contracts preferably for Women, Youth and People with disabilities-SIGs)

1. Supply of three-seater twin desks, book shelves & other office furniture

2. Supply of printed stationery, Counter folios, registers, exams & identity cards

3. Supply of general stationery, small office equipment, cartridges & cleaning materials

4. Provision of photocopying, printing & binding services

5. Provision of catering services for meetings, workshops & staff

6. Repair, servicing and supply of spare parts for information technology equipment

Category 2 (Framework contracts reserved for local providers)

1. Supply of fuel, oils & lubricants (motor vehicle servicing)

2. Supply of newspapers (New vision & Daily Monitor)

3. Supply of motor vehicle/plant tyres, major spare parts (blades, shear pins, bolts, nuts and tools) & repair of Motor vehicles/plant

4. Supply of concrete culverts (450mm, 600mm & 900mm) & Supply of Construction materials

5. Supply and delivery of well graded gravel

6. Repair, servicing & supply of spare parts for motor cycles

7. Provision of radio talk shows/programs

8. Provision of print advertising services

9. Hire of road equipment

B) MANAGEMENT OF COFFEE HULLERS

1. Management and maintenance of Katenga Coffee Huller.

2. Management and maintenance of Mayanga Coffee Huller.

C) REVENUE SOURCES MANAGEMENT AND REVENUE COLLECTION

Eligible bidders for management of revenue sources and revenue collection from markets, slaughter fees, animal release, beer clubs and beer permits in the district.

D) PRE QUALIFICATION

1. Construction and maintenance of general Buildings.

2. Construction & maintenance of general water works.

3. Design of Water supply systems and other related services

4. Design, supply and install micro scale irrigation system

5. Supply of computers, printers, tablets, GPS & their accessories

6. Supply and installation of solar power systems

7. Supply of fish feeds & fish fingerlings

8. Supply of pasture seeds & motorised feed chopper

9. Supply of fertilizers

10. Supply of local/mundane goats

11. Supply of tsetse traps and their accessories

12. Supply of chicks (Kuroiler)

13. Supply of NARO2 bean seeds

NOTE:

1. These procurements will be done in accordance with open domestic bidding method, PPDAAct (as amended) & Public Procurement & Disposal of Public Asset (PROCURING & DISPOSING ENTITIES) Regulations 2023.

2. Complete sets of application forms/bidding documents shall be packed by interested bidders from the Procurement & Disposal Unit office, Mitooma District Local Government headquarters.

3. The applications/bidding documents should be clearly marked “Application for…” or “Bid for…” (State item applied for).

4. For prequalification Framework contracts and Management of Coffee Hullers reserved for Local Providers and Revenue sources and collection you are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Ugx. 50,000= and bidding documents for Frame work contracts reserved for Women, Youth and People with disabilities-SIGs are free of charge.
