BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING

Supply and delivery of motor vehicle and motor bikes - SPLS/YSAT/2026/06/001

Youth Social Advocacy Team (YSAT) is a refugee-led non-profit, non-governmental organization whose core mandate is supporting conflict affected youth by tackling access barriers to quality education, sustainable Livelihoods and addressing root causes of violent conflicts for refugees and vulnerable host communities in Uganda.

YSAT is legally registered with the National Bureau for Non - Governmental Organizations Reg. REGR152704213NB as a Regional NGO to operate in Uganda's refugee hosting districts in West Nile, South West & Urban Kampala.

YSAT invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of motor vehicle and motor bikes.

Interested bidders may obtain the bid document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Ugandan Shillings only for lot 1 and Ugx 50,000 (Fifty thousand Ugandan Shillings only) for lot 2).

The method of payment shall be through our authorized bank account.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at YSAT coordination office in Arua city at Beal Mall Hotel first floor Room number RM1204290470790 along Kampala Highway or request the official bid document via the email procurement@youthsat.org from 8:00 am-5:00 pm working days.

Bids must be submitted to YSAT via the email address procurement@youthsat.org before 10:00 AM on 13th July, 2026.

All bids must be accompanied with a bid security of Ugx 2,500,000 (Two Million five hundred thousand Ugandan shillings only) for Lot 1 and Ugx 1,000,000 (One Million Ugandan shillings only) for Lot 2.

Bid securities must be valid until 30th October 2026.
