St. Joseph College Ombaci invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

(a) Supply of Beans and Silver fish, Posho (maize flour), Cassava flour and Millet flour, Groceries, O’ Level and A’ Level uniforms, corporate wear for staff and student leaders, neck ties, coats for senior three and five, T-shirts, Uniform sweaters, Stationery and office equipment, Cleaning materials/ Frumigation, Mead/Tish, Onions and Cabbages, Fire wood ( Dry Eucalyptus only), Documentation, Medical supplies, Laboratory equipment and chemicals, Fuels and Lubricants.

(b) Provision of the following services:
Repair and maintenance of office equipment/ materials, Repair and maintenance of school machinery, Insurance, Provision of security and Masonry.

1. Bidding shall be conducted using PPDA Act 2011 and is open to all bidders from Uganda.

2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from ST. Joseph’s College Ombaci during working hours or download documents from www.ombaci.ac.ug

3. Bids must be delivered at or before 12:00pm on 21st October, 2025. Bids shall be opened on 21st October, 2025 at 2:00pm in the school boardroom.
