PROCUREMENT OF PUBLISHERS TO DEVELOP AND SUPPLY S1 & S2 TEXTBOOKS UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS FOR THREE YEARS - MOES/SUPLS/2025-2026/00082
The Government of the Republic of Uganda through the Ministry of Education and Sports has allocated funds for the acquisition of Procurement of Publishers to Develop and Supply S1 & S2 Textbooks Under Framework Contracts for Three Years.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open International Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00pm.
Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below at 8(a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 100,000 (One hundred thousand Ugandan Shillings only). The method of payment will be through obtaining a Bank Payment Advice Form from the cashier on 5th Floor, Room 5.04, Embassy House and pay at the designated Bank with effect from 8 May, 2026. On presentation of proof of payment, bidding documents may then be collected from the Procurement and Disposal Unit Room 3.7 with effect from 8, May 2026.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at 10:00am on 20th August, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration as indicated in the bid document. Bid securing declarations must be valid until the date stated under ITB 25.3. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) on 20th August, 2026 at the location to be communicated before bid opening date.
There shall be a pre – bid meeting at on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
