The bidding documents in English may be viewed and purchased by interested bidders from the address above and payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 30,000/ per item using the Payment Reference Number (PRN) obtained from Finance office at Kyegega DLG shall be made.

All the requirements shall be in the bidding documents.

Revenue collections are applied for on "as is" basis.

A successful bidder will be required to pay 50% of the total contract on the day of bid opening.

Special interest Groups (youth groups, women groups, older persons and PWDs) are encouraged to apply.

The deadline for bid submission shall be at 10:00 am on 25th June, 2026. Bid opening shall be held at 10:30 a.m at the district Council Hall.

There shall be a pre bid meeting on Thursday 11th June 2026 @ 10:30 am at the district council hall.
