A Building will be conducted in accordance with agreed standards and guidelines contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and are open at all eligible holders.
Built-in-based eligible holders may obtain further information from Bweyoyosme Secondary School and inspect the Building Documents at the address given below from 08:00m to 16:30m.
G/A Corporate set of Presubtilization Building Documents in English Language may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USX 50,000 per individual item.
(b) The building document in English Language is comprised of framework contracts for the purchase by interested holders on request from the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USX100,000 per individual item. The method of payment will be by cash at the trustee office.
(c) The Following documents shall be submitted by the Billocaine - Visit Trenton License, Visit the Clearance Certificate addressed to Bweyoyosme Secondary School (TIN15001/1440), Certified Memorandum and Articles of Association at a Company Certificate of Incorporation, A Copy of the Power of Attorney to the Ministry, FPDA Certificate, Company Forms 20, 18 and 17, Company Profile, Bank Statement for text 6 Month, Audited accounts/ Annual Financial Statements for text 2 years and accompanied by a signed bid securing declaration.
