Terms and conditions

Prequalification and bidding for framework and revenue centers is open to all N eligible firms/individuals and shall be conducted in accordance with public procurement and disposal of public Assets act CAP 205 as amended.

The bidding document shall be inspected at the procurement and disposal unit at Njeru municipal council headquarters from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

A complete set of bid document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non- refunded fee of UGX 100,000 for open bidding, frame work contract and UGX 50,000= for pre-qualification.
