The Bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at Procurement & Disposal Unit Lincoln Flats Building Room C5 Makerere University, P.0 Box 7062, Kampala.
The Framework Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address at 2 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 100,000/=(One Hundred Thousand shillings only). The method of payment shall be bank payment after obtaining Payment Advice Slip from https://payments.mak.ac.ug and thereafter obtain a receipt from the bank, a copy of which will accompany the Application Letter before picking the document.
The deadline for bid submission shall be at 10:00am on Monday 4th September 2023.
