COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), infield Flow Lines, water intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc. If you are an experienced professional who possesses major project experience gained with an oil and gas operator or top tier contractors, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Description
• In charge of Contract Management
• Must negotiate between contractor and subcontractor for viable business opportunities.
• Must make changes or claims of EPC contract between Client and contractor.
• Must coordinate the work of all employees in the department and report to the department Manager.
• In charge of conducting subcontract negotiation between contractor and subcontractor
• Must manage the business works by following company’s procedure.
• Must deal with the changes and claims of the contract.
• Must support other departments to finish the relevant work.
• In charge of cost control management.

Requirements
• Bachelors in Business & management
• Must have participated in 1 international project and business work.
