JOB DETAILS:
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at Belli Advisory. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, expanding our client base, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop strategies to achieve our business goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and target potential clients through market research and lead generation activities. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and pain points, and proposing tailored solutions from our service portfolio.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our services and value proposition to clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, providing insights that can drive business growth.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our presence in the market.
• Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Continuously gather and provide feedback from clients to internal teams for improving our services and maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the business consulting and solutions industry.
• Strong understanding of business strategies, market dynamics, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
