Treasure Communications Limited is a leading BTL agency operating in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and Burundi. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business expansion in line with the Treasure Communications Strategic objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client.
  • Meetings and Business pitching.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients;
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  2. At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the marketing and agency space.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
  4. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  5. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to details.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business development tools.
