Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to drive Strategic Engagement Limited's growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Sales and Business Development.
Bonus: Experience working in an HR, Recruitment, or Human Capital firm.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
