company located at Kyalliwajjala specializing in making wooden construction furniture and supply of pallets to manufacturing Industries. The company is recruiting for the following vacant positions

Responsibilities & Requirements
• Develop and implement the business growth plans across the functional units
• Support talent development across the business using the appropriate coaching and mentoring tools
• Support the production team in utilizing the available capacity to meet the growing demands d. Develop and implement an efficient use of financial systems to minimize wastes and grow revenue base

Qualification
• Degree in Business/Fine Art & Designs/Hospitality/Production Disciplines
• Atleast three years' experience in Sales Operations management from Hotel/ Property/ Manufacturing Industry an added Advantage

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
