JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:

To prepare high-quality meals according to Chicken Tonight’s standardized recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Marinate chicken, prepare chips, coleslaw, and sauces according to prep lists.

Cooking: Operate fryers, grills, and ovens; ensure chicken is cooked to safe internal temperatures.

Quality Control: Taste food before service; reject substandard ingredients.

Stock Management: Label and date all prepped items; adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out).

Cleanliness: Maintain a clean station; adhere to occupational safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Food & Beverage.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Commis or Line Cook.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles.
