Background

PrecisionHR Proprietary Ltd is recruiting an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on behalf of a professional football club seeking transformational leadership.

Responsibilities

This role requires a strategic executive capable of driving organizational growth, commercial performance, governance, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with FIFA, CAF, and FUFA regulations.

Qualifications

• FIFA, CAF, or FUFA Sports Governance Certification (mandatory)
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Finance, Law, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred)

Experience

• At least 7 years of senior leadership experience in professional sports or a related sector
• Strong expertise in governance, financial management, stakeholder relations, and commercial development
