We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Growth O cer (CGO) to lead our growth strategy and initiatives. The position o ers a commission-based compensation structure with the opportunity to earn a percentage of revenue generated from growth initiatives.

Job Description:
As the Chief Growth O cer, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of e ective growth strategies. You will work closely with other senior leaders to align growth initiatives with the company's overall vision and goals. You will be responsible for identifying new markets, developing new products and services, building strategic partnerships, and analysing market and competitive trends. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth team and ensuring that all growth initiatives are implemented e ectively.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
• Identify new markets and customer segments to target for growth.
• Develop new products and services that meet the needs of customers.
• Build strategic partnerships with other companies to expand the company's reach and capabilities.
• Analyse market and competitive trends to identify threats and opportunities for growth. Oversee the growth team and ensure that all growth initiatives are implemented e ectively.
• Develop and manage budgets for growth initiatives.
• Have knowledge of SEO, CRO, Google Ads, and Analytics.
• Be familiar with marketing tools like Klaviyo, MailerLite, and other email marketing software.
• Have knowledge of how social media algorithms work and be comfortable with creating YouTube videos.
• Possess the Google Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Professional certificate.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a growth-focused role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work e ectively with other senior leaders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel in the near future.
