JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for someone to help us build one of East Africa’s fastest-growing forestry and restoration enterprises — working with over 35,000 farmers to plant tens of millions of trees and build a regenerative, climate-positive economy across Uganda. As we enter our next growth phase — scaling our plantations and restoration sites — we’re looking for a COO who can turn vision into execution. The role will lead operations across our nurseries, plantations, restoration sites, and shared services, driving performance, accountability, and culture as we deliver on our 2026 planting and carbon milestones. If you’ve led complex, fast-scaling organisations — in agribusiness, reforestation, logistics, or manufacturing — and you thrive on systems, data, and purpose, this is your moment to make a tangible impact on Africa’s climate future.
