JOB DETAILS:

Core Duties & Responsibilities,
1. Serves as an advocate for children and their caregivers who live in poverty and are not able to speak out for themselves.
2. Implements the day-to-day running of the Home Based Programming to achieve intended outcomes.
3. Initiates annual Child Survival work plans and coordinates their implementation to reduce mortality among mothers, newborns, and infants.
4. Coordinates health screening for project children and Child Survival Program mothers
5. Reaches out to pregnant women, vulnerable children, and their primary caregivers.
6. Ensures prenatal care, safe delivery, treatment, growth monitoring, immunization, and early childhood education.

Requirements
1. Be a mature born again, Christian, with a sound testimony.
2. Must have a professional background in any of the following: nursing, primary healthcare, community health, dinical medicine, or social work administration or related qualification.
3. The minimum qualification will be a diploma or its equivalent.
4. Must have good interpersonal skills. Experience and current knowledge of HIV/AIDS intervention will be an added advantage.
5. Must have computer skills.
6. Good written communication skills and strong verbal communication skills.
7. Age: 22-35
