JOB DETAILS:
We are searching for a qualified and reliable individual who will be accountable for safe execution and compliance to project schedule in Air separation unit projects with zero tolerance on LPRZT.

Key Responsibilities include;
• Land survey, soil analysis, Land development, removal of black cotton soil, safe disposal, piling activities, steel binding, shuttering work, foundation casting for cryogenic equipment.
• To prepare, review and get approval on drawing for execution in coordination with OEM and architectures.
• To prepare and identify MTO and procurement of material, certification of contractor bill.
• To Prepare, review and finalise contract for civil contractors, vendors certification for item required for foundation of the Air separation unit projects.
• To review foundation of support, equipment, structure in comparison with isometrics, GA drawings, given by OEM/supplier.
• Grouting for all static equipment, rotary equipment, support post safe installation and alignment.
• To closely work with Mechanical , electrical and instrumentation to avoid as built changes during installation.
• To coordinate with local approved authorities for all required approval, documents required for all statutory/ legal approval.
• Installation of critical structures like cooling tower system, compressor house, cold box foundations.

Qualifications;
• At least a Bachelors degree in civil engineering
• A minimum of 10-years’ experience in tonnage cryogenic ASU.
• Hands on experience on QAP and test like cube test etc.
• Hands on experience structural fabrication and installation.
MS office ,excel, AutoCAD.

• Excellent knowledge in Ms office ,excel and AutoCAD.

• Teamwork
