JOB DETAILS:
Key Qualifications & Attributes:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years with reputable companies on infrastructure/power projects (e.g., power transmission, substations).
- Technical Skills:
- Structural works, foundations, and civil infrastructure.
- Interpretation of technical drawings, BOQs, and designs.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving.
- Other: Willingness to work at remote sites; commitment to HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise civil works, ensuring quality and timeline adherence.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and enforce safety protocols.
