• Clean and sanitize all areas of the establishment, including dining spaces, restrooms, kitchens, and back offices.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to maintain a spotless environment.
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal.
• Clean tables, chairs, counters, windows, and fixtures regularly.
• Replenish restroom supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand sanitizer).
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, payment terminals).
• Ensure cleaning chemicals are used safely and stored correctly.
• Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas are covered.
• Assist with deep-cleaning tasks and post-event cleanup as assigned.
