Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Economics, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management; 5–10 years' experience as a Clerk of Works, Site Inspector or Site Supervisor on medium to large projects; strong knowledge of building codes, structural standards and safety legislation; and competence in CAD/BIM systems.
