JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary

A field role visiting supermarket clients, recovering overdue balances and maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow up invoices and negotiate realistic payment commitments.
• Report collections to accounts the same day.
• Reconcile customer balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain visit records and weekly recovery reports.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Minimum UACE; a related Accounting or Business diploma/degree is an advantage.
• Debt collection, credit control, sales or field-follow-up experience.
• Valid motorcycle riding permit is required; car licence is advantageous.
• Kampala-route knowledge, negotiation, basic reconciliation and Excel/Sheets skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
