JOB DETAILS:

WE ARE HIRING - CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

We are seeking an experienced Construction Engineer to oversee a 4-month building renovation and maintenance project.

Key Requirements:

• Strong ability to read and interpret construction, electrical, and plumbing drawings
• Hands-on experience in building renovation, refurbishment, and maintenance works
• Expertise in waterproofing systems, leak detection, and remedial repairs (mandatory)
• Knowledge of construction materials, quality control, and site supervision
• Ability to manage projects independently from planning to final handover
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards and local building practices

The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing residential, dormitory, apartment, or similar renovation projects and be capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
