BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING F/Y 2023-2024
BID NOTICE No.2
Bulambuli District Local Government invites the interested companies to bid for different works detailed below:-
1. This procurement is subject to the reservation scheme in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (PPDA) Act 2003 and the applicable Regulations.
2. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the PPDA Act, 2003 (the Act) and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 8.00am to 5.00pm working days only
4. A complete set of bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/=to Bulambuli District General Fund Account No. 0800097726 Housing Finance Bank Mbale Branch.
5. Bids must be submitted in properly sealed envelopes and clearly marked "Tender ........ and addressed To the Head of Procurement and Disposal Unit Bulambuli District Local Government before 29th December, 2023 at 11:00 am Accompanied with a corresponding bid security in form of a Bank Guarantee only obtained from a reputable commercial bank. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 6(b) at 11:15am, on the date indicated on the planned procurement schedule.
6. (a) Addressed documents may be inspected at, issued from, and delivered Bulambuli District Local Government Procurement and Disposal Unit, (b) Address of bid opening: Bulambuli District Local Government Headquarters Council Hall.
7. The District Contracts Committee is not bound to accept the highest or the lowest or any bid.
8. The planned procurement schedule (subject to changes) is as follows
