Summary of background and main objectives for the Consultant.
Kyegegwa Rural Electricity Cooperative Society (KRECS) is a society owned by the community members along her line of operation i.e., Kyegegwa, parts of Kyenjojo, Mubende and Mityana formed and registered under the cooperative Act of 1992 in April 2012. KRECS was founded to offer a wide range of services in distribution, management, and administration of electricity to her members and the entire community.
KRECS is seeking the services of a consultant who has excellent QuickBooks Skills and knowledge to train KRECS staff on Inventory Management plus Asset Management within QuickBooks Software & Integration of QuickBooks with URA's EFRIS.
Specific Objectives
The objectives of the Consultancy are:
To Train staff on general financial records management inside QuickBooks with focus and main emphasis on Inventory Management Assets Management EFrls Integration
Upload of existing Excel records
Scope of work
To perform the consultancy services of training staff on QuickBooks for Inventory Plus Assets Management & Integration with EFRIS with the highest standards of professional and ethical competence and integrity. The Consultant is strongly encouraged to develop highly interactive and practical outputs for this consultancy. The Consultant(s) is required to perform the following functions at a minimum:
• Participate in a kick-off meeting with KRECS Management to understand what exactly is expected
• Gather all the requirements and develop specifications of different functionalities in relation to assets and inventory management techniques. Carry out an Integration of QuickBooks Desktop with URA's EFRIS
• After the Integration, orient KRECS staff on how the
• EFRIS work with QuickBooks.
• Prepare a training manual for the entire training and Integration.
Outputs and Deliverables
• Final inception report
• Training Manuals
• Training of all users 4. Final Project Report
Time Frame
A period of 4 weeks (Only working Days)
Technical Requirements Qualifications /Skills
At least 5 years' experience working with QuickBooks or 3 years of a firm undertaking similar services.
At least Experience in Financial or Data Analytics
Experience
Bachelors/ Master's in accounting, Finance, Statistics, Commerce, Information Science
Demonstrated
