JOB DETAILS:
JOB VACANCY – COOK
Safari Investments Limited is seeking to recruit a competent, disciplined, and experienced Cook to join our team at Safari Restaurant, Busia.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen.
- Manage food preparation, storage, and stock to minimize wastage.
- Ensure the kitchen and cooking equipment are kept clean and organized.
- Work effectively with other staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Catering, Hotel Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years' experience as a cook in a restaurant, hotel, or similar establishment.
- Knowledge of Ugandan local dishes and fast foods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Honest, reliable, hardworking, and able to work under minimum supervision.

Safari Restaurant, Safari Business Complex, Namutere, Busia District
