About the role We are looking to hire Credit Officers to be based in several rural areas across Kenya and Uganda to recover overdue loans and follow up with non-compliant groups. This is a key support role responsible for ensuring that clients continue to receive high-quality after-sales service and that they repay according to the group financing agreements they signed.

The Credit Officer will manage the full credit portfolio of an assigned territory, maintain strong relationships with client groups, and secure timely repayments.

This is a field-based position, supported by your Area Coordinator and our internal credit systems. Current recruitment locations: Kenya – Kitale, Webuye, Mumias, Homa Bay, Migori Uganda – Mbale, Mayuge.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
