We're Hiring: Dairy Farm Manager Trainee

Fidelis Leadership Institute (FLI) is recruiting on behalf of a commercial dairy farm in Kampala for a Dairy Farm Manager Trainee.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is eager to build a career in modern dairy farming. No prior dairy farming experience is required the successful candidate will receive comprehensive on the job training while developing practical management and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising a small farm team
• Supporting daily dairy farm operations
• Maintaining farm records and inventory
• Promoting high standards of animal welfare and biosecurity
• Learning modern dairy management practices from experienced professionals

Minimum Requirements

Education: Diploma in any field from a recognized institution Business, Accounts, Animal Health, Agriculture or Education among others shall be welcome.

Skills: Basic bookkeeping/Excel. Can add, subtract and keep clean records Smartphone literate

Personal: Honest, responsible, quick learner, able to follow instructions and physically fit for farm work.

Availability: Must be willing to live near the farm in Kampala due to the early morning work required.
