Responsibilities or duties

• Deliver food orders safely and promptly to customers at specified locations.
• Verify order accuracy against delivery tickets before leaving the restaurant.
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or knowledge of local areas.
• Handle cash or mobile payments from customers and ensure accurate change is given.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle (motorcycle, bicycle, or scooter) in good working condition.
• Follow all road safety regulations and traffic laws at all times.
• Communicate with the dispatch team regarding delays, traffic, or delivery issues.
• Represent the brand professionally, wearing designated uniforms and maintaining a courteous demeanor.
• Collect customer feedback and report any complaints to management.
• Ensure delivery bags and equipment are clean and sanitized regularly.
