4. School sweaters (ISS/SUPL/2025/004)
5. Laboratory reagents and equipment (ISS/SUPL/2025/005)
6. Servicing and repairing vehicles (ISS/SRVS/2025/001)
7. Sugar, tea leaves, rice, cooking oil, salt, soap, and toilet paper (ISS/SUPL/2025/006)
8. Printed stationery (ISS/SUPL/2025/007)
9. Meat (ISS/SUPL/2025/008)
10. Stationery (ISS/SUPL/2025/009)
11. Magazines (ISS/SUPL/2025/010)
12. Calendars (ISS/SUPL/2025/011)

Bid Document Information

• Bid documents can be obtained from the school at a non-refundable fee of 100,000/=.
• For bids numbered 9, 14, and 15, the fee is 50,000/=.
• Payments should be made to the school bank account:

Conditions for Applying:

1. Names and addresses of the Tender company.
2. A copy of the bidder’s certificate of registration or its equivalent.
3. Trading license for the past 2 years.
4. A copy of the income tax clearance certificate for the last financial year.
5. A copy of VAT registration.
6. Tax Identification Number (TIN).
7. Price list in Uganda Shillings for the items being bid for.

Submission Details:

• Deadline for bid submission: Friday, 13th December 2024, at 3:00 PM.
• Opening of bids: Monday, 16th December 2024, at 3:00 PM at the school.
