Role Context

Supports day-to-day operational management, logistics coordination, and administrative oversight within the organization. Ensures smooth functioning of school, community, and field operations while promoting accountability and efficiency. Assists in the supervision of support departments and operational planning.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field, with proven leadership, organizational, and operations management experience.
